8. Accredited Investor and Fundraising Declarations
Users who identify as accredited investors or fundraising entities represent and warrant that they are doing so in compliance with applicable securities laws. WGI CORPORATION is a neutral technology platform and does not provide investment advice, solicit securities offerings, or act as a broker-dealer.
The communication features on WGI CORPORATION are limited to users who have explicitly opted in and are considered private, peer-to-peer interactions. WGI CORPORATION does not promote any securities offerings to the public. All users are responsible for ensuring their activity on the platform complies with relevant legal requirements, including Regulation D, Rule 506(b) and 506(c), or local equivalents.
A self-certification form is required prior to participating in any fundraising or investment visibility features and is available during the onboarding process.
